Advisory board report
This is the standard TOC of an advisory board report. In this example, there were two sessions of 4 hrs each, with the same panel of experts. The meetings were part of the preparation for a new product launch. An exhaustive report serves as a strategic roadmap for the medical affairs and product management team. In addition, a succinct 4-page executive summary is created for the perusal of the senior management, which gives them a complete overview of the discussions and strategy to adopt.
